About the Project

I managed the tenant improvement (TI) project for Active Life, a provider of orthotics, prosthetics, and compression therapy, within a Class A medical office building in Glendale, California. Acting on behalf of both the landlord and tenant, I managed every aspect—from hiring the architect and general contractor to coordinating vendors.

The project involved transforming a vacant space into a fully functional medical facility. This included building exam rooms with new partitions, installing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems tailored for medical use, and applying custom finishes like flooring and painting to meet Active Life’s specifications. I also ensured the permit documentation aligned with both building and tenant requirements, ensuring a smooth and compliant project delivery.
