Archer School for Girls

Managed the preconstruction phase for the Archer School’s campus master plan, which included upgrades to educational, athletic, and arts facilities. The project was carefully phased to maintain school operations, with budgeting tailored for phased execution. Responsibilities included reviewing architectural and engineering plans, developing cost estimates, and coordinating value engineering to achieve financial efficiency without compromising design quality. Additionally, constructability assessments and logistical plans were created to ensure minimal disruption to campus activities.
