This project involved transforming a former salon building in Beverly Hills, CA, into Nerano Restaurant, a stunning 4,000 square foot Class-A establishment. As the Owner’s Representative, I efficiently managed design professionals and contractors, ensuring success through planning approvals, building and safety compliance, preconstruction, and construction phases. I oversaw the acquisition, cash flow, insurance, design, engineering, and general contracting processes to convert an unpermitted salon into a fully operational restaurant. Coordination with Nerano was essential to align the design and kitchen equipment with their operational needs, resulting in a seamless transition into the new space.
