The Skirball Cultural Center, a vibrant Jewish cultural institution in Los Angeles since 1996, recently underwent significant renovations. I provided preconstruction and estimating services, preparing a detailed bid package for the self-performed structural concrete work. This involved thoroughly reviewing project plans to understand the design intent, accurately estimating material and labor costs, and closely collaborating with the project team.

As the general contractor, I directly managed all labor and materials for the concrete elements, showcasing my expertise in this area. Impressively, my work was completed within just 3% of the original bid, reflecting precision in estimating and efficient project execution.
