As General Contractor for the Broad Museum’s preconstruction phase, I led a thorough analysis of its unique exterior design to ensure alignment with the budget and the owner’s vision. My responsibilities included establishing a construction cost estimate, reviewing architectural plans, and calculating the exterior surface area to determine material quantities and costs. By identifying potential constructability challenges early on, I provided accurate cost projections and worked closely with the architect and owner to ensure the final design met both aesthetic and financial expectations.
