As the project lead for the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, I managed the transition from design to construction, balancing high standards with efficient cost management. I conducted detailed constructability reviews, optimized the budget, and coordinated a seamless permitting process to keep everything on schedule. Additionally, I led the MEP BIM coordination, resolving design conflicts across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This careful planning and coordination laid a strong foundation for the successful completion of this cultural landmark.
