As the Design-Builder for this project, I led the successful bid for Pierce College, managing both design and construction to offer a complete solution. I assembled a skilled team, including an architect and various engineering experts, to develop a design that met the college’s needs within a set budget. My responsibilities included overseeing the design to ensure it matched educational standards and building codes, creating accurate cost estimates to stay within budget, and presenting a strong proposal that highlighted the project’s functionality and our team’s qualifications.
