I served as the general contractor for the interior renovation of Pattaya, a restaurant in Los Angeles, CA. The goal was to refresh the space to enhance both its ambience and functionality. The project scope included constructing new walls, partitions, and booths, along with installing updated lighting systems and electrical components. Additionally, I oversaw plumbing work for the restrooms and kitchen areas, ensuring seamless integration of new furniture to create a welcoming dining experience.
