Laemmle Lofts

The Laemmle Lofts project in Glendale, California, was a successful mixed-use development that combined residential living with entertainment and dining. It featured 42 condo-ready residential units, a Laemmle movie theater, and a Panda Inn restaurant. I managed the entire development process, starting from acquiring the city-owned lot, overseeing design and construction, representing investors, and transitioning the project to a property management company to generate rental income. Designed by Bardovi Architects and John Labib, this project effectively blended functionality with community appeal.
