About the Project
This project focused on expanding Dr. Peter J. Cornell’s ophthalmology practice at Beverly Hills Eye Associates, located at 450 Bedford Dr. within a medical office building. I took the lead in managing the entire process—from concept to completion—ensuring every detail aligned with the client’s vision and the building’s requirements.
Scope
- Collaborated closely with design firms to bring Dr. Cornell’s vision to life and obtain city permit approvals.
- Coordinated with the building’s existing infrastructure and systems to ensure seamless integration with the new design.
- Managed the contractor selection process through RFPs, carefully choosing the right team to carry out the construction.
- Oversaw every stage of the build to keep the project on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the client’s expectations.
